Roliberto’s Mexican Food was established in 2001.
In 1980, my father worked for a man called Roberto Robledo. He was the first in his family to own a big chain restaurant called Roberto’s Taco Shop. These restaurants were the original to Roliberto’s. In 2001, my dad and mom took the big step to open their own fast food restaurant making the same original recipe. Our restaurants are family owned and operated.
